Winvlp Terms & Conditions – Applicable to All Users

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the winvlp platform ("winvlp", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to all users of the winvlp website, mobile application, and related services.

During registration, you will be required to provide: your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, an active email address, and your Bangladesh National ID number.

Winvlp may verify your identity as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may involve requesting a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Only one account per person, household, or address is permitted.
• Creating an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Winvlp may request additional verification documents at any time.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

Winvlp strictly enforces a policy against underage gambling. No person under the age of 18 may create an account on winvlp or participate in any form of betting or gaming activity.

Depositing and withdrawing funds on winvlp is simple and secure. However, certain rules must be followed.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum deposit is subject to the limits set by winvlp.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name that has been verified.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed instantly.
• Making payments from another person's account or accepting third-party payments is prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winvlp reserves the right to review withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be put on hold if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on winvlp. Please read them carefully before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless winvlp initiates the cancellation.
• Winvlp reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with winvlp's policy.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, winvlp reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the data recorded on winvlp's servers will be considered final.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

If winvlp determines that a user is exploiting system vulnerabilities or gaining an unfair advantage through dishonest means, the relevant bets may be voided and the account may be closed.

Winvlp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applies to the first deposit only. Available once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 15–30x the bonus amount). The terms are listed alongside each bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Winvlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winvlp platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Placing bets using any computer software, bots, or automated systems.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using winvlp for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfer.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any form of hacking.
• Introducing malicious software into winvlp's systems or network.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts solely to collect bonuses.
• Using abusive or offensive language toward winvlp staff.

Winvlp may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Where registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• On suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting winvlp support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Winvlp is not liable for the following:

• Any losses from bets or games resulting from an internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by software issues on the user's device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own error or negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

Winvlp is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming on the winvlp platform. All betting decisions are solely the user's own responsibility.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Winvlp uses your information solely for service improvement and fraud prevention.

Should any dispute arise between winvlp and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion.

• For any complaints or disputes, please email support@winvlp.biz in the first instance.
• Winvlp typically responds to complaints within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation through the licensing authority may be sought.
• In any dispute regarding bet outcomes, the data recorded on winvlp's servers shall be considered the final and definitive evidence.

Winvlp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Notices will be sent via email, SMS, or through the platform.
• Continued use of winvlp after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
